The City of Airdrie conducts re-inspections of non-residential properties on an ongoing basis. In order to prepare complete, accurate and equitable assessments we would appreciate your assistance in providing some basic information regarding your property. Your assistance will help to ensure that your assessment is accurate and fair.
In accordance with the Municipal Government Act Section 295, “A person must provide, on request by the assessor, any information necessary for the assessor to prepare an assessment or determine if property is to be assessed.” No person may make a complaint about an assessment if the person has failed to provide the information requested within 60 days from the date of the request.
