Grading
What is required?
Building Grade Slip (two sets):
1. New Subdivisions: If the building is being constructed in a new subdivision, then a grade slip must be obtained from the developer of the subdivision.
2. Established Subdivisions: If the subdivision has been taken over by the City, the grades will be established by the City of Airdrie's Engineering Department.
3. Grading Permits must be submitted to the Building Inspections Department at the time of house or duplex permit application. Download application form
