Description:
The Assessment Review Board is a quasi-judicial board that makes decisions on appeals received in response to a taxpayer's property assessment.

Term:
Members are appointed on an annual basis by Council at the organizational meeting held in October of each year.

Meetings:
Meetings are held following the mailing of supplementary or general assessment notices and upon the receipt of appeals (January, September). Meetings are dependent upon the number of appeals received and are usually 2-3 hours in length.
