Nominate an Airdrie Elite Athlete Today!

Airdrie has produced many elite athletes competing in National and International sporting events. The Airdrie Elite Athlete Recognition Program recognizes athletes that have achieved exceptional status in their sport. Part of the criteria is to measure the athlete’s ties to Airdrie through significant contributions to the community and that the athlete has lived within the Airdrie School Boundaries for a minimum of three years. Nominees must excel in a National or International event and or setting records in sanctioned National/International events.

Team nominations will also be accepted, a minimum of 50% of the team must be Airdrie residents. 

The athletes accomplishments will be proudly displayed at Genesis Place. The recognition of the athletes will be publicly announced to the community when installed into Genesis Place.
