Party Packages (No Party Package for July & August due to construction)

WET AND WILD PARTY PACKAGE (5–12Y) $110.00
Here is a great opportunity to invite family and friends to celebrate any special occasion with a “Wet and Wild Party”. This package includes the rental of the Woodmont Blue Grass room for 1 ½ hours PLUS swimming passes for a maximum of 12 children and 4 chaperones (see ratio below). Staff will assist with room set - up. Food and decorations are the responsibility of renter. A minimum of 2 week booking notice is required, and rentals are subject to room availability. Wristbands will be given out on the day of the party to all children and adults booked.
Note: child to adult ratio is 3:1 for children under 7 years of age in the aquatic facilities.

THEME BIRTHDAY PARTIES (3Y–12Y)
Come in for an hour of activities and fun with one of our recreation leaders, and then enjoy your cake, refreshments and opening of presents in one of our rooms. A minimum of 2 weeks booking notice is required, and is subject to recreation leader and room availability. Please note that we will not be booking parties for holiday weekends or on weekday evenings.These are the themes available:

Royal Princess Party (Age: 3Y–8Y) $140.00
Be a princess for a day in this magical party. All princesses will get to participate in enchanting games and activities. This party includes:
• 2 (two) hour rental of the McDonald’s Fun Place for cake, presents and activities. (This includes ½ hour instructor led activities.)
• 1 (one) hour instructor led activities (combined between the gym and McDonald’s Fun Place)
• ½ hour rental of half gym to play instructor led games and activities
• A craft and face painting is included for each child
• Princess wall decorations and table coverings will be provided by Genesis Place
• Extra fees apply for more than 8 participants

Total Party booking = 2 ½ hours

Games and Sports Galore (6Y–12Y)  $110.00
Come and enjoy action packed party of games and sports. We have lots of fun games that will make this a fun filled birthday for your child. This party includes:
• 1 (one) hour rental of half the gymnasium with instructor led games and sport activities
• 1 ½ hour rental of the Woodmont Blue Grass room for cake and presents
• Variety of sports to choose from. Choose one or have a few.
• Extra fees apply for parties with more than 10 participants

Total Party booking = 2 ½ hours

Survivor Challenge (Ages 9Y – 15Y) $140.00
Looking for an adventure? See which tribe will come out on top in this fun party! Participants will be split into two tribes where they will compete in a variety of fun survivor challenges and games in the pool and gym. Prizes will be awarded. This party includes:
• 1 (one) hour rental of half the gymnasium with instructor led survivor games and challenges
• 45 minutes of pool time for instructor led survivor games and challenges
• 1 ¾ hour instructor led games & sport activities in gym and pool combined
• 1 ½ hour rental of the Woodmont Blue Grass room for cake and presents
• Survivor wall decorations and table coverings provided by Genesis Place
• Extra fees apply for parties with more than 10 participants

Total Party booking = 3 ¼ hours (3 hours and 15 minutes)
