Corporate Passes
With a minimum enrollment of four full-time employees, any business with a valid business license may apply for a membership where each employee receives a 20% discount off an annual adult pass. Corporate passes for families can receive a maximum of $91.60 off per year. This $91.60 may be applied against the purchase of an annual family pass for the employee’s family.
Participant Support Program
To assist low income families, the Centre offers the participant support program, where qualified patrons can purchase passes and enroll in registered programs at a 50% discount. The Centre reserves the right to limit the number of registered programs per session per participant.
Payment Plans
To assist patrons in purchasing annual passes, payment options are available. With a 15% down payment, patrons can pay the balance of an annual membership over nine remaining payments.
Executive Memberships
For annual adult pass holders (18 and over), executive memberships are available for an additional cost of $180.25 per year. In addition to a more private change area, the fee covers towel service and personal amenities such as shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, toiletries, hair dryers and curling irons. Tote baskets can be rented for $10 per month to allow patrons to leave workout items at the Centre.
Pool Pants
In order to keep our pools clean, infants and toddlers who are not toilet trained must wear a disposable diaper (swimmer) PLUS reusable Gabby pool pants, available at the customer service desk.
Locks
Patrons are encouraged to bring their own locks or obtain locks from customer service for day lockers. Locks can be rented for $1 (collateral required). Please remember locks will be cut off day lockers at the end of each day and contents placed in a labeled bag in the lost and found.

Refund Policy
If the facility cancels a program, a full reimbursement will be issued. Withdrawal from any program prior to program commencement date will be subject to a non-refundable administration fee per session. This will not be charged if the facility cancels the program.
Transfer Policy
An non-refundable $10.00 administration fee will be charged to transfer from one class to another, with the exception on transfers made when a pre-requisite is not successfully completed or at the instructor's recommendation.
