* Accounts must be in good standing and not in arrears to register for programs.
Transfer Policy
A non-refundable administration fee will be charged to transfer from one class to another. Exceptions are made when a prerequisite is not successfully completed or at the instructor's recommendation.
Refund Policy
If the facility cancels a program, a full reimbursement will be issued. Withdrawal from any program prior to program commencement date will be subject to a non-refundable administration fee per session. This will not be charged if the facility cancels the program.
Cancellation Policy
Genesis Place reserves the right to cancel and/or combine all aquatic and dry land programs (registered and/or drop-in) that have not met minimum enrolment numbers, without notice.
