Paying your property taxes

Property tax notices will be mailed May 30, 2016 and are due June 30, 2016. The City of Airdrie offers a number of convenient options for you to pay your property taxes:

  1. Monthly Tax Payment Plan
  2. Did you know? You can pay for many city services, including property taxes, online using MyAirdrie at select participating banks. It's a convenient way to ensure payments like property taxes are made on time, without having to worry about mail interruptions.
  3. At your financial institution
    • Airdrie Property Tax payments are accepted at most financial institutions via In-branch banking, ATM and Internet banking 
    • Select Airdrie Taxes and use your tax roll number from your current tax notice as your account number
  4. By cheque
    • Make payable to: City of Airdrie
    • Include the remittance portion of the notice
    • Mail to: City of Airdrie, 400 Main Street SE, Airdrie, AB  T4B 3C3
      (Due to a possible postal strike please consider using the secure, after hours drop box near the front door at City Hall.)
  5. In person
    • Cash
    • Debit
    • Cheques
    • Note: Credit cards are NOT accepted for tax payments
