We bill on a 28 day cycle. Residents receive their utility bill every four weeks. This means that you will receive 13 bills in a calendar year. Fixed rates will be prorated based on the number of days in your billing cycle. The due date will vary based on when your water meter was read.  Note: Water and sewer consumption charges are based on the amount of water that passes through your water meter.

Your utility bill covers water, sewer, garbage collection, curbside organics and environmental services.  

Airdrie water is purchased from the City of Calgary. High quality drinking water is pumped from Calgary, stored in reservoirs and then pumped into our underground distribution network. Customer properties are serviced from this network and all water consumption is metered for billing purposes.
