We are pleased to announce that we have transitioned to a 28 day billing cycle from our past bi-monthly cycle in March 2014. Residents now receive their utility bill every 4 weeks. Fixed rates will be prorated based on the number of days in your billing cycle. The due date will vary based on when your water meter was read. Note: Water and sewer consumption charges are based on the amount of water that passes through your water meter.

Your utility bill covers water, sewer, garbage collection, curbside organics and environmental services monthly.
Airdrie water is purchased from the City of Calgary. High quality drinking water is pumped from Calgary, stored in reservoirs and then pumped into our underground distribution network. Customer properties are serviced from this network and all water consumption is metered for billing purposes.
