Municipal Enforcement


Mission Statement:

It is the responsibility of this unit to enforce the City Bylaws, investigate complaints and patrol roadways throughout the City for the purposes of detecting violations of bylaws and provincial statutes as approved. Action taken by the Unit must be fair, honest and impartial at all times.

Airdrie has a Municipal Enforcement Team with six Community Peace Officers, one Coordinator and two full-time Administrative Assistants.
