Chinook Winds Ball Park Diamonds
Located off 8th Street and offers:

  • Four South shale infield diamonds
    These fields fall within the guidelines for midget, junior, senior softball and mens and womens slow pitch
  • Four North shale infield diamonds
    These fields fall within the guidelines for little league
  • These diamonds are fenced by a six to 10 foot chain link fence
  • Seating capacity is approximately 50 people per diamond
  • These fields are lined by the user groups
  • Regular field maintenance is done by the Parks Department, Monday, Wednesday and Friday during ball season and on weekends for booked tournaments
  • There is no camping allowed currently
  • One large paved parking lot
  • Concession
  • Playground

East Lake Park Ball Diamond
Located off East Lake Road and offers:

  • One shale infield diamond
  • The diamond is 64/7 m which would be suitable for mite and squirt levels of softball and women's fast pitch softball
  • Seating capacity is approximately 40 persons
  • Diamond is fenced by a four foot chain link fence
  • Diamond is maintained Monday, Wednesday and Friday during ball seasons. Additional maintenance requirements can be arranged for tournaments
  • Diamond is lined by the user groups

Fletcher Park
Located off 1st Avenue NW and offers:

  • Three shale infield diamonds
  • These fields measure 78 - 79 m from home plate to centre field which falls within the guidelines for midget, junior, senior softball; and mens and womens slow pitch
  • These diamonds are fenced by a four foot chain link fence
  • Seating capacity is approximately 30 people per diamond
  • These fields are lined by the user groups
  • Regular field maintenance is done by the Parks Department, Monday, Wednesday and Friday during ball season and on weekends for booked tournaments
  • There is no camping allowed
  • Washrooms
  • Concession area
  • Playground equipment
  • Recreational vehicle dump site
  • Two parking lots
    (North is off 6th Avenue NW and the south one is off 1st Avenue NW)
