Monthly Tax Payment Plan Application Form

When wanting to sign up for the Monthly Tax Payment Plan with the City of Airdrie please complete all information located in the boxes on the form. Please read items 1 through to 12 and return the completed form by the 15th of the month to our office. Attach a VOID cheque and the signature of a person required to sign on this bank account must sign the agreement.

After the form is completed please drop off all information at our office at 400 Main Street SE or fax to (403) 948-6567. We require this information at least 15 days prior to the end of the month.

Cancellation Form

When wanting to cancel the Monthly Tax Payment Plan please complete all areas on the form.

  • Tax Roll number - located on your Annual or Supplementary Assessment and Tax Notice
  • Name - include name of property owners
  • Property Address - address location
  • Last Payment Date - payments come out on the last day of the month; please indicate what your last payment date should be
  • Additional Information - in this area you can include the date of sale of the property or the reason for cancellation

Change of Banking Information Form

When wanting to change your banking information please complete all areas on the form.

  • Tax Roll number - located on your Annual or Supplementary Assessment and Tax Notice
  • Name - include name of property owners
  • Property Address - address location
  • Effective Month - please indicate as to what month the new information should be added
  • Additional Information - in this area you can include any additional information and provide a current cheque marked "VOID".
