Completion of an TRSP application form is required along with a copy of proof of coverage under one of the government programs: GIS (Guaranteed Income Supplement), Alberta Child Health Benefit, AISH (Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped), SFI (Supports for Independence), Alberta Seniors Benefit and income guidelines.
