Overdue Payments

A six per cent penalty will be applied to any outstanding utility account balance. Your payment must be received by the City of Airdrie on or before the due date shown on your utility bill to avoid being charged a late payment penalty.

Failure to pay your utility bill may result in service disconnection or other steps to recover the amount due.
