Water Shut Off Notice Information

If you have recently received a 'Water Shut off notice'  please make note of the following:

  • Payments can be made by cash, debit or credit card directly at city hall. (Payments will not be accepted by cheque.)

  • Online credit card payments can be made here.

  • Payments made to any banking institution must be processed by noon on the day prior to shut-off.

  • There is a $25.00 fee charged to all accounts that have received a 'Water Shut Off Notice'.

  • Once 'Water Shut Off Notice' card has been hung, payment must be made in full, no payment arrangements will be accepted.

  • You are hereby warned to protect your pipes, appliances and equipment as no further notice will be given prior to disconnection.  If your water is disconnected, an $80.00 fee must be paid prior to the service being reconnected.

 Funds must reach the utility department by the date and time indicated to avoid disconnection.
