Airdrie Transit seeks resident feedback at open house
April 12, 2016
AIRDRIE, ALBERTA – Airdrie Transit is considering route and service changes, and is asking residents to get involved in the decision making process by attending an upcoming open house at Genesis Place in the evening on Wednesday, April 20.
“We’re looking at a variety of issues, including changes to our current routes and new service additions, more direct regional service to downtown Calgary and more frequent service to Cross Iron Mills and northeast Calgary,” says Chris MacIsaac, Transit Coordinator, City of Airdrie. “Transit staff and the project manager from Dillon Consulting will be present to answer any questions from residents. The feedback received will be shared with Council in the final draft of the Transit Master Plan.”
