2016 AirdrieFest now accepting vendors
AIRDRIE, ALBERTA – AirdrieFest 2016 is now accepting vendor applications. The annual outdoor festival will take place on September 10, 2016 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. outside of City Hall in downtown Airdrie.
“AirdrieFest is one of Airdrie’s premier outdoor festivals featuring local non-profit organizations and local businesses,” says Kim Harris, Community Development Department, City of Airdrie. “The festival offers the chance for residents to sign up for a wide range of community activities and learn about their community.”
“This is a great event that brings the whole community together in the fall. It’s the perfect time for businesses to come out and show residents what they have to offer and what make their business unique,” says Kent Rupert, Team Leader, Economic Development.
Vendors can register at airdriefest.ca. For profit businesses can purchase a booth for $80. Not for profit groups can purchase a booth for $30.
Airdrie Fest, which is now in its seventh year, is organized by a committee of community partners including: Airdrie Public Library, Community Links, Boys and Girls Club, SLAM in Airdrie, Airdrie Chamber of Commerce, Air 106.1, Airdrie Mainstreet Square and the City of Airdrie.
