Foam Rolling 101 Ages 16+
Reduce pain, restore function and improve overall wellness! In this workshop
you will learn to breathe, relax and roll through those tight spots! Discussion will
be focused around benefits, contraindications and proper rolling techniques for
a variety of muscle groups. Bring your own foam roller or use one of ours. All
fitness levels welcome.

Fall Prevention Workshop Ages 16+
Did you know that falls are the leading cause of injuries and hospitalization in
older Canadians? Learn how to prevent falls with basic strength and balance
exercises that can be done at home or the gym. This workshop will provide tips
on how to get up from a fall and help you identify other risk factors that can
contribute to falls.

TRX Strength Training Ages 16+
TRX was Created by a Navy SEAL. TRX is a full-body strength workout that utilizes
a person’s own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells. It’s
good for endurance athletes, power lifters and fitness newbies alike. TRX offers
a total-body workout, centred on your core and relying on your body weight.
It increases body awareness and is adaptable for all fitness levels! Join us in
a workshop to learn safety techniques and exercises to add in to your next
