Mom and Baby BARRE class
Join us out for a workout with your baby! Rebuild core strength and stability while bonding with your baby in this low impact class. Wear your baby in a baby carrier or they can chill in their car seats or on blankets during class.
OH BABY Strollercize
Come pound the rubber on our indoor or outdoor space with your baby rolling right alongside. Squat, lunge, run and sweat your way back into shape. All fitness levels welcome.
Mom and Baby Water class
Fitness and fun for mom and baby! Ease back into fitness and introduce your
baby to the water. Your instructor will lead you through 45 minutes of cardio and
muscular endurance while incorporating your baby through movement.
Mom and Baby Yoga
Gentle yoga practice focusing on body awareness and coordination of the breathe and movement to establish a strong foundation for restoring core and pelvic floor strength, healthy back, improving posture and relaxation.
