Health & Safety Protocol

Audience member guidelines

  • Do NOT enter the facility if you or a member of your household is sick.
  • Please observe frequent hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette and wash hands before and after your visit.
  • Audience members are asked to vacate the theatre within 15 minutes following the end of the performance.
  • Please adhere to physical distancing markers. Individuals and cohort/family groups must maintain 2 metres of space between other patrons in common areas.
  • Inside the theatre, members of the same household/cohort may be seated with each other with a maximum of 7 people.
  • Beverages and snacks purchased from the bar will be served in single-use containers or wrappers.
  • Please consider purchasing tickets online and/or paying with credit or debit tap where possible.

Performer & rental group guidelines

  • Do NOT enter the facility if you or a member of your household is sick.
  • Please observe frequent hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette and wash hands before and after your visit.
  • Two metres of space must be maintained between venue staff, rental groups, performers and patrons at all times. Where physical distancing is not possible, venue staff will wear masks or face shields.
  • Members of the performing/rental group must enter and exit through the designated backstage doors.
  • Members of the performing/rental group are discouraged from mingling with audience members, staff and volunteers during or after performances.
  • Members of the performing/rental group must remain in the designated performer holding area(s) when not backstage or onstage.
  • Members of the performing/rental group will be required to disinfect high touch-point areas.
  • Where sharing of items is needed, items must be disinfected thoroughly between each use. This includes instruments, microphones, musical scores, equipment and props.
  • Each artist/performer requires their own costume and must avoid sharing costumes and personal care items.
  • Bring your own water filled water bottle (communal water fountain is not available).
