A lifelong journey to being active Starts with FUN! the FUNdamental movement skills that is. This program introduces children to movement and music with a focus on hopping, jumping and coordination. This program requires active parent participation with your child.
Leaps and Bounds (3-5 years old)
Let's move to the music as we grow in Leaps and Bounds. This program will incorporate music into all our activities. We will practice our hopping, skipping, jumping, and so many different ways to develop the physical skills needed to enjoy a life full of movement.
PLAY with Me (2-3 years old)
This parented program will get both you and your child active and PLAYing together. focusing on the early learning skills needed to develop a foundation for physical literacy, we will PLAY (Physical Literacy and You) games that incorporate jumping, throwing, skipping, running, and much more. Active parent participation is required.
FUNdamental Skills Jr. (3-5 years old)
We put the FUN into the FUNdamental skills needed to participate in a variety of sports and activities later in life. The building blocks of any sport or activity is the ability to jump, run, throw and catch. This class will explore all of these skills in a FUN and active way.
Sports of all Sorts (5-7 year's old/8-12 years old)
Sports of all Sorts is your introduction to multi-sport! Throw, jump, balance, and kick your way through obstacle courses, challenging activities and all the things to master the skills you need to excel in any sport!
Dancepl3y (5-7 year's old/8-12 years old)
DANCEPL3Y (Dance Play) KIDS is a high-energy physical activity program that "plays" with dance while promoting positive mental health through the 3 rules of PL3Y: Be Positive. Be Fun. Be Yourself. Kids love learning simple moves from a variety of styles - Hip Hop, Urban, Ballroom, Bollywood, Lyrical, Jazz/Funk as they get interACTIVE with their peers. kranked - Cycle (9 -13 years old)
Kranked (cycle) is a heart and leg pumping workout designed just for youth. All aspects of indoor cycling from proper bike set up to building endurance and confidence will be taught in a safe environment.
