Proposed Amendment to Land Use Bylaw Section 8.1(3) (Land Use Map)

This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to comment on proposed Bylaw No. B-04/2023 being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw B-01/2016 by:

Redistricting the subject lands legally described as the southern portion of SW ¼ Section 35, Township 26, Range 1, W5M, to reflect the remaining land use approved within the Cobblestone Creek Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan.

The proposed land use districts are:

• R1, Single Detached Residential District
• R1-U, Urban Standard Residential District
• R1-L0, Laned Zero-Lot Line Residential District
• R2, Low Density Residential District
• R2-T, Townhouse Residential District
• P-1, Public Open Space District
• EP, Environmental Protection District
