This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to comment on proposed; Bylaw No. B-10/2023,
Bylaw No. B-11 /2023 and Bylaw No. B-12/2023 being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw No. B-01/2016 by:

Bylaw No. B-10/2023
The proposed amendment (Bylaw No. B-10/2023)
Amend the ‘Land Use Concept’ map of the Chinook Winds Community Area Structure Plan with the addition of Commercial in the southeast corner of the CASP to be consistent with the South Windsong NSP (Bylaw No. B-11/2023) and Land Use Amendment.

The proposed amendment (Bylaw No. B-11/2023)
Amend the South Windsong Neighbourhood Structure Plan to include approximately 5.0 ha (11.98 ac) of land (Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 0410640) into the southeast corner of the NSP area.

Proposed Amendment to Land Use Bylaw Section 8.1(3) (Land Use Map)
Redistricting the subject lands legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 0410640 (4.85 ha) from UH Urban Holdings District to R1-U, Urban Standard Residential District, R2-T, Townhouse Residential District, C2, Community Commercial District and P-1, Public Open Space District (4997 8th Street SW).
