Appeal against the Development Authority’s decision to conditionally approve accessory building (detached garage) that requires a varience to the maximum building area coverage and an increase in height.
Appealing a decision
To appeal a decision, a notice of appeal and the required fee must be submitted by the submission deadline. All written submissions in support or against the appeal must be received by this date. To speak at an SDAB hearing in person, please review our appeal hearing procedures and guidelines.
Submission deadline
Written submissions can be sent by email to appeals@airdrie.ca by Tuesday, August 19, 2025.
Hearing results
After the hearing takes place, final SDAB decisions will be posted online, when available at airdrie.ca/SDAB.
