The East Nose Creek CASP is in the east part of Airdrie and is bounded by Yankee Valley Boulevard to the south, Range Road 291 to the west and the Airdrie City Limits to the east and is 800 metres south of Veterans Boulevard.
Proposed Bylaw No. B-22/2025 is to adopt the East Nose Creek CASP consisting of ±450 hectares (±1,117 acres). The subject lands are described as follows.

East Nose Creek is anticipated to consist of neighbourhood residential, industrial / employment and commercial areas in general alignment with the City of Airdrie 12 Thousand Acres Plan. The proposed land use framework guides development over the next 20 to 30 years.

Proposed East Nose Creek Community Area Structure Plan (CASP)
This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to comment on proposed Bylaw No. B-22/2025 being a bylaw to adopt the East Nose Creek Community Area Structure Plan.
