BYLAW NO. B-28/2025
Proposed Amendment to Land Use Bylaw

This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to comment on proposed Bylaw No. B-28/2025 being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw B-01/2016 as follows:

1. That Section 8.1 (3) (Land Use Map) of Land Use Bylaw No. B-01/2016 be amended by redistricting approximately 2.3 ha (5.6 ac) of land legally described as NW-26-26-1-5 from Townhouse District (R2-A), Townhouse Residential District (R2-T), Urban Standard Residential District (R1-U) and Public Open Space District (P-1) to Back-to-Back Townhouse Residential District (R-BTB) and Urban Standard Residential District (R1-U).
