Proposed Amendment to Land Use Bylaw
This public hearing is for any Airdrie resident who may be affected to comment on proposed Bylaw No. B-17/2025, being a bylaw to close and dispose of a Municipal Road (819 East Lake BV NE). A public hearing is also being held for proposed Bylaw No. B-18/2025, being a bylaw to amend Section 8.1 (3) (Land Use Map) of Land Use Bylaw No. B-01/2016 by redistricting a portion of road closure (819 East Lake BV NE) under Road Plan 8010664, which is proposed as Bylaw B-17/2025, from P-1, Public Open Space District to M2, Community Mixed Use District.
