You are able to use your saved credit/debit card information for pre-authorized payments (the City automatically withdrawing your payments at your request) as well as for customer payments for services like utilities. Please update your credit/debit card based on the payment methods you use.
In your service tab (utlities, tax and assessment etc.) on myAIRDRIE, please click on “pre-authorized payment information change” and then select the plan and “credit/debit card” as your payment type.
Add details of your new card by selecting the option of “use a different card” under credit/debit card options. Please enter details of your new credit/debit card and save the information. In the same section, you will also see an option called “remove” next to your old credit/debit card. Clicking on this removes that saved credit/debit card. Once your credit/debit card on file is updated, you should be able to remove the old card. 
For saving a new credit/debit card for manual customer payments, please do so while making a payment on myAIRDRIE.
While making a payment, you will see an option to use a different card below your saved card. Please select that option and fill in your new card details. Once you've entered the details, you can save that new card by clicking “Save this card for future payments.”
You will also see an option called “remove” next to your old credit/debit card. Clicking on this removes that credit/debit card.
