Transit refunds

Unused monthly passes

Active unused monthly passes may be refunded at a pro-rated amount from the date of return. Only valid for the current calendar month. Cash refunds will not be provided. 


Lost or stolen passes

Replacements/refunds will not be issued for lost or stolen passes or tickets. Ticket booklets are a final sale and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to request your refund

To request a refund for a bus pass purchased in store, please visit City Hall at 400 Main Street SE. We will also request the following information at the time of refund process:

  • Bus Pass: bring the requested pass for a return
  • Proof of purchase: receipt of purchase is needed
  • Contact information: name, full address and phone number
  • Reason for the refund: brief explanation for the return
