The City has received an application for the Osborne Acres Neighbourhood Structure Plan (NSP) and Land Use Bylaw Amendment (LUA). The Osborne Acres NSP is a neighbourhood plan within the Southwest Community Area Structure Plan (CASP).
Osborne Acres NSP is comprised of approximately 64.4 hectares (159.1 acres) of land located in southwest Airdrie. The plan area is bounded by Township Road 264 SW to the south, South Windsong Community to the north, the 8th Street SW to the east, and vacant agricultural lands to the west.

As part of the upcoming planning process, the developers will be soliciting feedback from the public on the proposed plans. It is important that you take the opportunity to participate in shaping how our community grows.
In addition, a public hearing will be held to provide affected stakeholders a final opportunity to provide comments before the plans are considered by Council.
