Did you know?

All of our trainers have a minimum to year diploma or a Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Physical Education or Human Kinetics and have more or more certificates through the following organizations; Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, National Strength and Conditioning Association and Alberta Fitness & Leadership Certification Association.
