The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) is an independent quasi-judicial board made up of six citizen representatives and one Council representative. The SDAB handles appeals of the decisions of the Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) or of the approving authority regarding development permit or subdivision applications.
The SDAB is mandated by the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Bylaw.
The Board has adopted PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES for the appeal and hearing process.
