Family classes are for children ages 3-6, with a participating adult. Registration includes all required supplies.

• Family painting: children will have the opportunity to express themselves through painting supported by a family member, in instructor-led activities.
• Family mixed media: children will learn how to use different media to create art while supported by a family member, in instructor-led activities.

• Drawing: students will learn how to use coloured and graphite pencils to create their own art, utilizing various drawing techniques.
• Watercolour: students will learn about painting composition while developing watercolour painting techniques to create their own project.
• Fibre art (weaving wonders & upcycling adventures): explore the world of fabric arts in this hands-on class that mixes creativity and sustainability. Participants will use both repurposed and new materials to create fun, functional projects. Perfect for young makers who enjoy working with their hands and want to discover what's possible with fabric and fibre.
• Cartooning: students will learn about cartooning techniques while using pencil and markers to create their own drawings inspired by a favourite cartoon character.
• Manga: students will learn anime/manga drawing skills like proportions, hairstyles and character poses while using pencils and markers to create their own manga characters.
• Creative arts exploration: kids create three fun art projects that let them explore, experiment and play. Every session features a different art style with lots of hands-on creativity, including: mixing paints, textures and found objects, making earth-inspired art that uses light and natural elements, creating modern and abstract pieces, trying bold techniques that build creative confidence.
