Box office information
Ticket purchases can be made online by visiting tickets.airdrie.ca or in-person and by phone: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and one-hour before performances.
Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, debit, cash or Bert Church LIVE Theatre gift certificates. Everyone, including babes-in-arms, require a ticket.
About Bert LIVE Church Theatre
Bert Church LIVE Theatre is located on the north west corner of Bert Church Highschool and is operated by the City of Airdrie.
Parking is located in the lot shared with Genesis Place.
The theatre itself has 377 fixed seats. The theatre's entrance is wheelchair accessible, with four wheelchair accessible spaces and wheelchair companion seating available. These seats are not available for purchase online and must be purchased by calling the box office.
The theatre also hosts performances and conferences in its stylish lobby space.

Exchanges and refunds
Bert Church LIVE Theatre Presented Series performances
Exchanges are at the sole discretion of the facility. The following conditions may apply:
1. An exchange request can be made by calling the Bert Church LIVE Theatre Box Office at 403.948.8824.
2. Where applicable, the difference in ticket price will be charged when upgrading tickets to a more expensive night or seat. Seating is subject to availability
3. Requests for ticket exchanges should be made as soon as possible, to allow Bert Church LIVE Theatre Box Office the opportunity to resell exchanged tickets.
In the event of a cancelled performance, a selection from the following options will be available:
1. Patrons may receive credit on account to be used for a future performance.
2. Patrons may receive a full refund to the original payment method by which their tickets were purchased.
Third-party promoter events/community events
Each promoter sets the exchange and refund policies for their event(s) and will be clearly displayed within the event details on tickets.airdrie.ca.
Purchasers are encouraged to contact the Box Office directly for show information, ticket pricing and ticket guidelines.
Arriving to a show late?
Should patrons arrive after the performance has begun, they will be seated at an appropriate interval in the performance. Please note that patrons may be given alternate seats to minimize disruption to the performers and other audience members.
