Link current accounts

Connect your existing accounts to myAIRDRIE to view everything in one place. Once linked, your account details appear on your dashboard, and myAIRDRIE can provide reminders, notifications and payment options where available. You can link accounts such as property taxes, utility bills, as well as animal and business licences.

Linking accounts allows you to:

• View account details and balances,
• Make payments,
• Receive reminders and updates,
• Keep related City services organized under one profile.

Accounts can be linked from your account section or from the individual service page.

• Go to Manage account,
• Select Link a service,
• Choose the type of account to link:
  • Tax and assessment: must be linked by the property owner and you will need your tax roll number and your web code, which can be found on your most recent statement or notice.
  • Utilities and water use: can be linked by property owners and non-owners, such as renters or property managers. You will need the account number and current charges amount (non-owners must request this information from the owner).
  • Animal licences: can link with the licence number and web code found on the most recent renewal notice.
  • Business licences: can link business licences with the licence number and web code found on the most recent renewal notice.
  • Programs and classes: will link automatically if myAIRDRIE email matches the recreation system. The create an account form will also automatically detect and link accounts based on your information.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to link.

Permits do not require linking.

After linking, your account details will be available on your myAIRDRIE dashboard. Some details may also appear in calendars on the dashboard and within the service page.

If you want to apply for a new account, it follows the same process as linking an existing account.

• Go to Manage account,
• Select Link a service,
• Choose the type of account to add or apply for:
  • Tax and assessment,
  • Utilities and water use,
  • Animal licences,
  • Business licences.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to add.
