Add, reorder or remove a favourite
Add a favourite
Add your favourites services and your selections will update automatically on your dashboard and navigation, so your preferred services are always easy to find. You can adjust your selections anytime and these can be added from your dashboard, your account section or directly from a service page.
- myAIRDRIE dashboard: select Edit next to myAIRDRIE favourites.
- Manage account: select the Customize favourites link located at the bottom of the page.
- Service page: open a service page, such as Utility and water use and select Add to favourites at the top of the page.
Reorder a favourite
Once added, you can change the order your favourites appear on the dashboard and in the menu.
- Go to Customize favourites,
- Use the three-dot handle to drag and drop the services into your preferred order.
Remove a favourite
- Go to Customize favourites,
- Remove the service.
The change takes effect immediately on your dashboard and in the navigation.
