View upcoming payments or past transactions

Upcoming automatic payments are displayed for scheduled but not yet processed payments. These are payments that you have set up through pre-authorized plans or automatic renewals.

• Go to Manage account,
• Expand Payments and pre-authorized plans,
• Select Upcoming automatic payments.

From this page, you can:

• See upcoming payment dates and amounts,
• Confirm which services are included,
• Review payment methods.

Linked services may also appear in your dashboard and service calendar, helping you track important dates across services such as utilities, permits or subscriptions.

There is no action needed to set the calendar up. Dates are automatically added when you link an account.

Transactions for programs and classes must be accessed through your recreation portal profile. How to access receipts and transaction history for activity bookings.

For other myAIRDRIE transactions: 

• Go to Manage account,
• Expand Payments and pre-authorized plans,
• Select Transaction history,
• Expand the service you would like to view past transactions for.

Receipts may be available for download, depending on the service. Account owners (e.g. property owners) can set access for non-owners (e.g. renters) and some transactions will display.
