Update name, email, phone and address
Update name, email or phone number
You can update your contact information at any time.
- Go to Manage account,
- Choose and expand the Update name, email, cell phone section:
- Name: your first and last name,
- Email address: your email address which is also your username. If you change your email, this will also update the email you use to sign in. This email is also used for any subscribed email notifications,
- Cell phone: your cell number is used for any subscribed text notifications and messages will be sent to this number.
- Select Edit and update the information,
- Save your changes.
You must verify the new email or cell number before it saves.
Change a mailing address
We require an updated mailing address for correspondance for specific accounts. These include utilities, taxes and animal licences.
- To provide us with a new address, complete our change of mailing address form.
- Please note that updating your mailing address does not automatically change addresses linked to specific services, such as utilities or permits. Please allow for 5-7 business days update to occur.
