Document delivery options

Choose how you receive your documents

Document delivery allows you to select whether documents are sent by mail or delivered online. 

If you go paperless, that means faster access, less clutter, and a more environmentally friendly option. You can also choose to receive a notification when a new document has been posted to your account. Learn how to set up notifications.


How to change your document delivery preferences

  • Go to Manage account
  • Select the Document delivery link,
  • If you have available documents listed for services you have linked or added, you can: 
    • Choose digital: select the Go paperless for all documents button,
    • Choose printed or a combination of both: select the Edit document settings at the bottom of the page. Then you can select the options you prefer and save your changes.
