When booking, customers will be provided with a pick-up window time of 15 minutes. For example, 9 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Customers must be prepared to board the bus, at the start of the pick-up window (9 a.m.).

Once the bus arrives to pick you up, the bus will wait no more than one minute. This allows the bus to be on-time for the next pick-up.

If your plans change and you no longer require your bus trip, please cancel your booking as soon as possible. If you require modifications to your trip, we ask that you cancel your original trip and book a new one.

Customers can book a trip for multiple people. When booking your ride, select the number of riders that are travelling with you. Upon boarding the bus, the driver will confirm the total passengers boarding, matches the booking that was made.

Customers can book their trips up to seven days in advance!

Customers that are unable to book a trip, may be attempting to book during high demand times. We encourage customers to keep trying as the schedule is continually updating as spots open up.

Customers can connect at the South Transit Terminal with any of the Regional routes (900/901/902) that travel into Calgary!

All Hello-to-Go buses are fully accessible with ramps. Please identify if a mobility aid (such as an electric scooter or wheelchair) will be used.
