Land and site selection

Our data shows steady and growing population rates, declining vacancy rates, a growing business community and increasing employment opportunities. We have identified a pent-up demand for serviced medium and heavy industrial land, as well as demonstrated opportunity and capacity for redevelopment and speculative construction within designated Commercial and Mixed Use districts.

Immediately serviceable land available includes 400 acres of industrial, 100 acres of commercial/mixed-use and 100 acres of redevelopment opportunity.
