If you object to any of the proposed developments, you have the right to appeal the Development Authority's decision. The relevant appeal board is indicated in the permit information above.
Appeals to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) must be made prior to 4:30 p.m. of the appeal deadline. Review the SDAB appeal process.
