Ed Eggerer Athletic Park

Ed Eggerer Athletic Park, located at the northeast end of the Genesis Place recreation facility at 800 East Lake Boulevard NE, is approximately 38 acres and has two premiere sports fields (football and soccer) and about three kilometres of pathways. Try out the outdoor fitness equipment on the north end of the park.

• 400 metre, eight lane, outdoor, state-of-the-art, rubberized running track
• 1,000 capacity seating grandstand with handicap access
• Regulation size, multi-use playing field
• Track and field, long jump and triple jump pits

Proof of insurance with the coverage below is required for user groups booking the park: 

• general liability insurance, acceptable to the City of Airdrie, with a minimum coverage of $2 million per occurrence
• City of Airdrie as additional insured
• Cross Liability clause
• insurance must not contain a 'participant's exclusion'
• endorsement for 30 days written notice of material change or cancellation
