Due to delays with Alberta Land Titles, our information might be outdated.

The Alberta Land Titles office is approximately ten weeks behind in processing title transfers. If you recently purchased a home, we request that you complete the new property owner form so we can update our records. Once we receive the updated information, property tax notices are mailed in May and due at the end of June each year.
