Access Airdrie is a shared ride, curb-to-curb, paratransit service for eligible Airdrie residents that are unable to use fixed route services.

To apply for paratransit services, complete and submit the Access Airdrie application form. A health care professional will be required to fill out a portion of the application.

Once your application has been approved, you can book your trips. Simply contact Airdrie Transit administration between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Local trips within Airdrie
Monday to Friday – 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturdays – 7 a.m. to 11 p.m .
Sundays – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Trips to Calgary for Specialized Medical Appointments
Monday to Friday – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
All Access Airdrie trips require a fare payment.

For Specialized Medical Trips to Calgary, customers will receive an invoice from the City of Airdrie and are not required to pay the driver directly.
