A tax certificate provides the roll number, legal description, address, levy, current balance, arrears, utility account balance and Monthly Tax Payment Plan amount for a property.

Please ensure accuracy when ordering a tax certificate as  refunds will not be provided.

• MTPP deadline is May 15 for any changes to the May 31 payment
• *NEW* 2026 tax certificate fee is $54
• 2026 Tax Notices will be mailed on May 29th and are due in full June 30th
• Last penalty date: April 1, 2026 at 9% has been applied
• Next penalty date is July 1, 2026, at 5% on the outstanding balance of the current year levy
