Rental information

• Three hour minimum rental for any space (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
• Additional costs may apply
• A 25 per cent deposit will be required to secure the rental space for all events
• A day rate includes eight hours of client rental time. (additional set up and take down time by facility staff is included in this fee)
• All hourly rentals (under eight hours) may be subject to an additional staff set up and take down fee 

Rate increases align with City Council’s USER FEES AND CHARGES POLICY (PDF) and ensure that the Town and Country Centre continues to be available as a quality rental space without the need for increased tax support. Aligning our costs to market prices allows us to maintain our facilities and level of service at a high quality, now and in the future.

Large hall

• Seats up to 425 people theatre style
• Banquet style 350 people seated at tables and chairs without a dance floor
• Banquet style 100-300 people seated at tables and chairs with a dance floor
• Ideal for wedding receptions, large meetings and trade shows
• Stage, dance floor and bar area
• Easy access to commercial kitchen
• Projector, wireless microphone(s), podium and sound system available
• Rectangular tables available in 8 and 6 foot lengths

Small hall

• Seats up to 90 people theatre style
• Banquet style seats 70 people at tables and chairs without a dance floor
• Banquet style seats 50 people at tables and chairs with a dance floor
• Ideal for small receptions and meetings
• Small dance floor and bar area
• Large screen TV, wireless microphone, podium and sound system available

 Commercial kitchen

• Gas range with 12 burners
• Three gas ovens 
• Two convection ovens
• Small flat top grill
• Dish washing station with sanitizer
• Three large, deep square sinks
• Two commercial refrigerators
• Dinner and side plates, bowls and cutlery for up to 350 guests
