The Airdrie Recycle Depot provides residents with a place to responsibly dispose of recyclable materials, including cardboard, paper, plastics, glass, electronics, and yard waste.
To ensure a smooth visit, please pre-sort your materials into categories such as batteries, electronics and paper products, and make sure all containers are rinsed and dried. Our operations staff are available if you need assistance. Trailers are not permitted in the Depot yard; vehicles with trailers must park and unload outside the gates. Please arrive early enough to fully unload your materials before closing.
City of Airdrie recycling facilities are subsidized through an environmental fee paid by Airdrie and Rocky View residents. The depot is for residential use only.
With gratitude and respect, we acknowledge that we are situated on Treaty 7 territory, the traditional and ancestral lands of the Blackfoot Confederacy, including the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai Nations, as well as the Tsuut’ina Nation and the Stoney Nakoda Nations, comprising the Bearspaw, Chiniki, and Goodstoney Nations. We also recognize the Otipemisiwak Métis Government District 4 (Rocky View) as part of this land’s history and present.
