Birthday party packages at Genesis Place

Price: $170

Fun Place room rental includes:

• Two and a half-hour room rental. Your booking includes 15-minutes of set-up time before your room rental
•  Tables and chairs for up to 30 people
• You are permitted to bring your own food and drinks, but there is no fridge or freezer access available. 
• Alcohol is prohibited.

Fun Place guidelines: grip socks or clean indoor shoes are required at all times. Only painter's tape is permitted on room walls.

Gymnasium party package includes:

• Tables and chairs for up to 30 people.
• Access to our birthday party cart which includes a variety of equipment
• You are permitted to bring your own food and drinks. No access to fridge or freezer. 
• Alcohol is prohibited
• Your booking includes 15-minutes of set-up time before your room rental
• Enjoy the party room from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Access to preschool materials in the room are not included
• Play in the gymnasium from 12 to 1 p.m.

Gymnasium guidelines: please ensure shoes are clean prior to accessing the gymnasium.

Pool party package includes:

• Admission for up to 15 people in our aquatics centre. Please see below for aquatic guidelines.
• If you require additional wristbands, they must be purchased at the Customer Service desk the day of your party
• Tables and chairs for up to 30 people
• You are permitted to bring your own food and drinks, but there is no fridge or freezer access available. Alcohol is prohibited.
• Your booking includes 15-minutes of set-up time before your room rental 
• Friday parties: access to our Multipurpose Room from 5 to 8 p.m. This allows you to decide when you want to swim and when you want to gather in the party room.
• Saturday and Sunday parties: access to our Multipurpose Room from 3 to 6 p.m. This allows you to decide when you want to swim and when you want to gather in the party room.
• Access to preschool materials in room are not included.

Aquatic guidelines: adult to child ratio of 1:4 for children under the age of eight and children must be within arm's reach of an adult at all times.

We require 14 days notice for cancellations without penalty and for any changes to your booking. If less than 14 days notice, all cancellations must go through our rental administrator at rentals@airdrie.ca.
