New property owners will receive their City of Airdrie bill addressed to "New Home Owner" until verification is received by Alberta Land titles.

Please note: Pursuant to City of Airdrie Bylaw No. B-04/2025, representing yourself as the owner of a property that you do not own is strictly prohibited. Violators may be subject to a fine of $1,000 for a first offence and $2,500 for each subsequent offence.

If this is a rental property, the owner's mailing address is required

Written documentation verifying a lease agreement between the owner of a property and the lessee is required prior to setting up a utility account in the name of the lessee. If we do not receive this information, the utility account will be set up under the name appearing on the tax roll.
